THE SCIENCE OF ODOR CONTROL
Not all Reclaim systems are equal. Some systems stink, literally.
The problem with reclaim systems is that the recycled water can give off a foul odor. A product of decomposing organic material in the system. Reclaim systems harness one or more methods to tackle bad smells. Replaceable filters, bio-treatment, ozonation, perfuming, or chemical treatment (chlorine or hydrogen peroxide).
How does ClearWash beat the competition?
Our PR Series harnesses powerful ozone treatment. Our technology is equipped with a proprietary ozone system, offering up to 3 times the ozonation per hour, for improved odor control.
The corona tube used in the PR Series ozone reaction is contained in a quartz tube, which has a substantially longer life (10+ years) when compared to a ceramic cold plasma discharge cells used by most competitors (2 - 3 years). Ultimately, Clear Technologies has simplified odor control with the turn of a dial. The system runs on a customizable loop and keeps water and ozonation moving through the settling tanks to prevent stagnation, keeping water smelling fresh.
