Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update – March 25, 2020
Transchem Group/Turtle Wax Pro has closely reviewed the list of “essential businesses” from the provincial Government and we are permitted to remain open for business. In light of this recent development, the office staff will begin to work remotely starting Thursday March 26th. While our production line remains operational, we are maintaining what we deem as necessary inventory levels to keep our customers supplied. We will continue to ship products to our customers however, please anticipate some delays when filling your order.
In efforts to support our local customers, we have a small team available to respond to technical emergencies (equipment breakage endangering the safety of people.) To request a service technician please contact 1-800-265-9100 and we will send the first available technician to your site. We want to assure you that we are here for you – focused on business continuity and minimizing disruptions.
Our team remains dedicated to upholding and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. We are actively monitoring COVID-19 updates from the World Health Organization, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and will evolve our practices in accordance with the guidance provided by government officials and public health professionals.
Our entire team is committed to ensuring open communication is at the forefront of our efforts to support our customers.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update – March 20, 2020
With over 40 years of experience partnering with businesses, we recognize the importance of continuing to serve you reliably, safely, and compliantly during the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We write to assure you that since its onset, we have taken measures to ensure the health and safety of our employees, clients, and communities.
Transchem Group/Turtle Wax Pro has implemented internal policies to minimize the spread of the virus, along with business continuity plans to provide reliable delivery services.
The safety and health of our employees and customers is a top priority; we have enacted strict, safety operating procedures for all of our teams to ensure our business remains open.
The Canadian/American borders currently remain open to all trade; therefore, we will continue to ship products daily from our hub in Ontario, Canada. Our Service Centre in Ontario also remains open and will continue to provide all equipment services to our customers.
We will continue to monitor and change procedures where required, as new information becomes available.
As with many organizations, we are following the guidance of the World Health Organization (W.H.O.), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (C.D.C.), and the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) on preventing the spread of Coronavirus. We are reducing in-person meetings and non-essential travel, and have established quarantine procedures after travel to high-risk areas. Therefore, how we support you may look different over the coming weeks. Our teams are using virtual meeting applications to mitigate in-person contact and non-essential travel. Our team is ready and available to answer any questions or work with you on the best delivery options. You can reach us via phone, email, and online when needed.
